Enable sticky key in Debian

I found the way how to use sticky keyboard in Debian. This function has been supported already at OS layer.

  1. Open System Settings
  2. Click Universal Access
  3. Select Typing tab
  4. Change Sticky Keys to ON

I use UIM-SKK version 1.8.1 installed by apt-get as default, but this version isn't supported sticky key. So, I think I cannot use sticky key at Debian 7.8 with UIM-SKK, but this is not correct.

Debian's default sticky doesn't have a particular key, like semi-colon on UIM-SKK. The key typed next shift would be recognized that the key is typed with the shift, then the key would be shown UPPER-CASE. If using UIM-SKK, this pattern is the same.
I can type some Japanese to type shift at first, and type other alphabet keys, if the key I typed at second is Roma-ji, change mode would work.

Debian's sticky key allows me to type Japanese without shift and any key at the same time, this function can separate shift and other Roma-ji keys.
